Kirstine Fryd is a documentary photographer and communications professional based in Denmark. She holds an MA in Documentary Photography from the University of the Arts London and an MA in Journalism and Anthropology from Concordia and Roskilde University.
Her work centers on humanitarian storytelling and gender equality. Using documentary photography and narrative work as a means of advocacy, she explores how narratives can promote dignity, empathy, and awareness of human rights. Through long-term projects and NGO collaborations, she documents the resilience of individuals and communities facing social and political inequality.
